  • The diagnostic assessment is our first session together, where we explore your story, your needs, and what you’re hoping to change. This helps us create a personalized, effective plan for therapy. Available for in-person or online.

    60 minutes- $180

  • Psychotherapy is a collaborative space where we focus on understanding your patterns, strengthening your resilience, and creating shifts that support your emotional well-being. Available for in-person or online.

    55 minutes- $150

    45 minutes- $140

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy that helps the brain gently reprocess painful or overwhelming experiences without requiring you to relive them in detail. Using bilateral stimulation—such as guided eye movements or tapping—EMDR supports your mind and nervous system in releasing what’s stuck, reducing emotional intensity, and creating healthier, more adaptive responses. This approach works with your brain’s natural healing abilities to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to your true self.

Private Pay & Insurance Information

Hummingbird Counseling operates as a private-pay practice. While we do not accept insurance directly, this allows us to work together with greater privacy, flexibility, and individualized care. If you have out-of-network benefits, we are happy to provide a Superbill that can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
